What's in a name?

Ford... what's in a name? Sure there's the jokes: "Found On Road Dead", and the cheers: "First On Race Day", but really, what's in the name Ford?

Ford and Ford's logo are among the top most recognized brands in North America, and in large the world! Henry Ford was an innovator, a person that I wish I knew more about! The first man to mass produce the automobile, one of the 1st people to make a four wheel gas vehicle, and an early supporter of racing. In fact, in 1918, half of all cars in America were Model Ts. That's impressive!

Ford continues to be impressive despite the tough times it is currently going through. Unfortunately no company can be top of it's game for it's entire existance. However, amidst it's tough times today, Ford continues to set records. The F-Series truck brand has been the #1 best selling truck in North America for 41 years. Currently there are 5 number one selling vehicles in Ford's showroom. In their own class segment, the Ford Mustang, Escape, F-150, Ranger and Explorer sport-trac are all top of their game. With recent top winners such as Taurus & Explorer, the new Fusion has quickly become a contender to succesfully take the Taurus' 80's & 90's winning streak and the Ford Edge is toppling the competition and is intriguing any current SUV owner.

I always knew as a sales consultant I would beleive in what I sell, but with Ford it was extremely easy to fall in love. I feel that when I started my journey with Ford in 2005, that I joined Ford at the perfect time, and now I invite YOU to look @ the current showroom.

Ford indeed is a very different company today. With the Ford Edge, Fusion, and redesigned Escape, Superduty, and Mustang just to highlight a few big changes, Ford indeed has their game face on and is looking to be the game changer!

Online Fusion Quote

Here's a quote I found on the internet. Thought I might share it with you all:

My Fusion Smoked a Camry This Morning!!!

“Ford is definitely back in the car business in a big way with this car. My Fusion is faster, has better fuel economy, looks better and handles better than the Camry or Accord. The best part is it’s $4,000 less, which means you'd be crazy not to choose the FUSION! This car is waking AMERICA up and slapping them across the face with American engineering taking center stage again where it belongs. At $249 per month for 39 months it’s a no-brainer.”
